About Me
- Name: Patti Hobbs
- Location: Clever, Missouri, United States
I'm the 48-year-old mother of six children who were always homeschooled until they went to college. Three are in college now: two senior engineering students at the University of Missouri-Rolla and the third is at Gutenberg College in Eugene, Oregon. My husband is the owner of Clever Welding. I was born and raised in California, but we moved here to Missouri about 15 years ago. Even though my degree is in biology, I am much more interested in history as a result of all that I've learned in homeschooling my kids. About five years ago, I got interested in genealogy and have been fortunate to trace my "roots" back several generations in different lines. What great pictures! I showed the kids Grace's picture and they said they really enjoyed having her babysit them a couple of years ago at the homeschool convention. Are you having one this year?

Michelle! How great of you to write. Yes, we are having a convention this year. You can get the details at http://shemonline.org I'll check out your blog later today. I'm glad to know that your kids still think fondly of the time Gracie babysat them. All of my kids except Sam who is at Gutenberg College should be at the convention this year....and my new "kid-in-law" too. :-)
